  • Payment Information: Payments are processed through Lemon Squeezy. We do not store any payment information on our servers. Lemon Squeezy’s privacy policy will apply to the payment processing.

  • Google Sheets Data: We access and process your Google Sheets data only to generate charts as requested by you. The data is processed in real-time and is not stored or shared.
  • Account Information: We use your account information to manage your account, provide customer support, and send you important updates about our service.
  • Payment Information: Payment processing is handled by Lemon Squeezy. We only retain transaction records necessary for accounting and compliance purposes.

Google API Services

The App's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal data to third parties, except as necessary to provide our services, comply with the law, or protect our rights. For payment processing, your information is shared with Lemon Squeezy under their privacy terms.

Data Retention and Deletion

  • Data Deletion: Since we do not store your Google Sheets data, there is no need for data deletion requests. If you decide to discontinue using our service, simply uninstall the add-on from your Google Workspace, and no further access to your Google Sheets data will occur.

Payment Processing

All credit purchases are handled by Lemon Squeezy. By purchasing credits, you agree to Lemon Squeezy’s terms and conditions and privacy policy. We are not responsible for any issues arising from payments processed by Lemon Squeezy.

By using Family Tree Charts Generator, you consent to this Privacy Policy. Your continued use of the App following any changes to this policy will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.
